Bath Pics

I love taking pictures of the girls in the tub. They

are usually happy, and they are in a confined area. It is so hard for me to get good pictures of Maddie because she is in a phase where she is avoiding the camera. Anna on the other hand will smile, say cheese and pose for pictures. She also chases me when I am holding the camera. She follows me around saying "Cheese, mama, cheese, please, mama, cheese". She is wanting the see the pictures of herself. 

Maddie likes to make videos of herself. She likes to dance and sing and run around. She does not like to sit and pose and have her picture taken. I can't say I blame her.

I think bath time must be their favorite time all day. They usually play well together splashing, drinking half of the water, and decorating each other with bubbles. We have to watch Anna in the tub. She will actually drink so much of the water that she will actually throw up. Lovely! 

Maddie said the cutest thing on Sunday. We were running late getting to church and on the way in another couple was coming in behind us. Two of their 4 kids ran past us and the parents were trying to get around us to catch them. I told Maddie to speed it up and to hurry, hurry, hurry. She stopped and turned around, promptly put her hands on her hips and said " Mama this is as fast as I go." Oh it was hilarious and ever so sassy!

Maddie has made up lots of her own pets out of everyday house hold items. This week her favorite is Buster and Violet. Buster is a big red exercise ball, and violet is a small pink rubber ball. She feeds them, and gives them baths. She was yelling at them this morning and I asked her what the problem was and she said, " They just aren't listening to me." I can't imagine where she heard that.
