This is one of our favorite places to go play. It is a regular park that has what they call a splash park with it. The cement floor with sprinklers and sprays and water guns for the girls to play with. They usually love it. The only problem is that all of the other kids their age love it as well so it is usually really crowded. This day we went after nap time and before dinner. It was wonderful. We were only 2 of about 10 kids there. Anna loves to run around get wet all over, all over her head, face, belly, whatever. She drank so much of the water this time that by the time she got to the car she threw up. Lovely.
Maddie will play in the sprinklers but as you can see she likes for there to be a reason for it. She doesn't run through the water with reckless abandon like Anna. She will stand and fill her bucket in the water and then use it to water the soggy grass. She does like the water guns but she like to point them at others. I don't think I have to mention her reaction when she is sprayed with the other gun by some one else.
It is a fantastic place to take them to play. They will play in
the water anywhere but at least here I don't have to worry
about anyone drowning. They are both getting so brown.
They both have John's skin color. I am so jealous!

Oh Laura where is this? We will have to go with you sometime before school starts up again. My kids love playing in the water too, but since neither one are very good swimmers they usually cling to me in the pool. My friend Leslie told me about a place out by Kohl's, is this the same one? They look so cute.
I know what you mean about the brown kids! Ethan is getting so tan and has a little white butt...so cute. Mondo just got back from the coast and is practically black...I look like Casper next to him!
